Protecting Our Assets in a Crowded Orbit
The Challenge of Orbital Debris As the number of satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) grows, the risk of a “Space Collision” becomes a significant threat to global infrastructure.

Even a small piece of debris can cause catastrophic damage to active missions. At RAAVANA, we are developing proprietary tracking algorithms and AI-driven monitoring systems to identify potential conjunctions before they happen. Our mission is to ensure that Sri Lankan satellites and those of our international partners remain safe in an increasingly congested cosmic environment.
1/1 Orbital Surveillance
We are establishing a sophisticated network of ground-based and orbital sensors to monitor thousands of pieces of space debris in real-time. By utilizing high-frequency radar and optical tracking, RAAVANA can predict potential impact windows with extreme precision, allowing for early warning and strategic mission planning..
1/2 Autonomous Mitigation
Our spacecraft are equipped with advanced AI-driven thruster systems designed for autonomous collision avoidance. When a high-probability threat is detected, the system calculates an optimized evasive maneuver and executes it without the need for manual ground control, ensuring the survival of the mission in critical seconds.
